Shipping:

We offer standard shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Please note that all shipping costs are in GBP (£).

  • United Kingdom (UK): £3

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email.

Free Shipping Offer:

We have a special offer for our customers based on order value:

  • United Kingdom (UK): Enjoy free shipping on all orders over £7.

Please note that the free shipping offer needs to be selected during the checkout process if your order meets the minimum purchase requirement.

Customs Charges:

For international orders (outside the UK), please be aware that your local authorities may impose customs charges or import duties upon the arrival of your package. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and need to be paid directly to your local customs office or delivery carrier. Customs policies and charges vary from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. If the customer refuses to pay import duties or custom charges and the package is returned to us, the shipping cost won’t be refunded, in the case of the orders with Free Shipping, £10 will be deducted from the refund of the products, as shipping cost.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of placing it, contact us at orders@crosscare.com with your name, order number and order date.

If you have received a tracking number, you can track your order at royalmail.com

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 28 days of the delivery date. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

  • UK
    • Contact our customer support team at info@colief.com stating why it is being returned, whether you would like a replacement or refund, your name, full address, and a daytime telephone number
    • Once your return request is approved, we will email you a return label.
    • Package your item securely attaching the received return label to the package.
    • Ship the item back to us from your local post office.

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. Once approved, we will initiate the refund process, please note the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note the following guidelines for returns:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the specified conditions.
